Payment & Reimbursement

Lumidha is a private-pay practice, which means our sessions are paid directly by our clients and we do not bill health insurance providers.

Depending on where you live and your personal circumstances, however, there may be other possibilities for having some or all of the cost of your sessions reimbursed.

Reimbursement Through Your Employer

If you work in the Netherlands, it may be worth asking your employer whether you have access to a personal development, coaching, wellbeing, or employability budget. Some employers offer employees a budget that can be used toward coaching and personal development.

Whether Lumidha sessions qualify is determined by your employer and the conditions of your individual budget or employment agreement.

If your employer agrees to reimburse your sessions, we can provide an invoice for you to submit.

Clients Outside the Netherlands

If you live outside the Netherlands, reimbursement possibilities vary considerably between countries, employers, and insurance plans.

Lumidha does not bill insurance companies directly and cannot guarantee that our sessions will be reimbursed. We can, however, provide you with an invoice or receipt if you would like to explore possible reimbursement through your employer, insurance provider, or another personal benefit program.

We recommend checking eligibility directly with the relevant organization before beginning your sessions if reimbursement is important to you.
