Our Services
Lumidha provides relationship coaching, assessments, educational information, profiles, and related services for singles and couples.
Sessions may take place at our practice in the Netherlands or online through Zoom.
Our work is intended to help people gain greater insight into themselves, their relationships, compatibility, needs, patterns, and choices.
Coaching Is Not Healthcare
Lumidha provides relationship coaching and educational services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our services are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, psychological diagnosis, or another form of regulated healthcare.
Information provided through our website, sessions, assessments, profiles, or other materials should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
If you require medical or mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or emergency assistance, you should contact an appropriately qualified professional.
Assessments and Profiles
Lumidha may use proprietary assessments, profile systems, interpretive frameworks, and other methods as part of its services.
These tools are intended for personal insight, reflection, relationship exploration, and coaching purposes. They should not be regarded as medical or psychological diagnoses or as guarantees about compatibility, personality, relationship outcomes, or future events.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
Results
Every person and relationship is different. While we aim to provide thoughtful and meaningful guidance, Lumidha cannot guarantee any particular result from coaching, assessments, profiles, or other services.
The choices you make as a result of your sessions remain your responsibility.
Appointments and Payment
Fees applicable to your sessions will be communicated through our website, booking process, or directly before services are provided.
Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for payment for the services they book.
Information about possible reimbursement through employers, insurers, or other programs is provided for informational purposes only. Lumidha cannot guarantee reimbursement by any third party.
Cancellations

By booking a session, you agree to the cancellation terms that apply at the time of your booking.
Online Sessions
Clients choosing Zoom sessions are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, compatible device, and a private environment in which they feel comfortable participating.
Although we take reasonable steps to use reputable technology providers, Lumidha cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party communication platforms or internet connections.
International Clients
Lumidha is based in the Netherlands and may provide online coaching to clients located in other countries.
Clients are responsible for determining whether participation in our services is suitable for them and permitted in their jurisdiction where applicable.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content and materials created by Lumidha are owned by or licensed to Lumidha.
This includes, where applicable, website text, graphics, assessments, questionnaires, profile systems, profile names, methodologies, compatibility frameworks, written reports, educational materials, audio content, videos, course materials, and other original content.
Purchasing or participating in a Lumidha service gives you permission to use the materials provided to you for your own personal use. It does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You may not reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, teach, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative commercial products from Lumidha materials without prior written permission.
